Scientific and Practical Forum 2026 was held in Tashkent
On October 10, the conference hall of Inha University in Tashkent hosted the Scientific and Practical Forum 2026, organized by Electronic Autonomous Solutions (EAS Company). The event brought together representatives of the technology sector, the scientific community, specialists from relevant agencies, and students in one venue, providing an opportunity to discuss modern developments in unmanned systems, radioelectronics, and autonomous navigation.
One of the main topics of the forum was modern methods of electronic warfare and technologies for countering unmanned aerial vehicles. The participants discussed pressing technical issues related to the development of unmanned technologies, as well as engineering solutions aimed at improving the reliability, safety, and efficiency of their operation.
Two plenary sessions featuring local and foreign experts were organized as part of the forum.
One of the key speakers at the forum was Bekhzod Sulaymonov, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chief Engineer of EAS Company. In his report, he presented modern methods and means of electronic warfare and counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS). Special attention in the presentation was given to technologies for detecting and countering threats that may arise from unmanned vehicles.
Hasan Khankeldiyev gave a presentation on methods for optimizing drone delivery routes between branches of the Korzinka chain in Tashkent. It examined the traveling salesman problem (TSP) and the possibilities of using MATLAB software in calculating efficient routes.
Minhaz Uddin Ahmed participated with a presentation dedicated to interference-resistant communication channels and radio control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. It focused on technical solutions that enable stable control of unmanned aerial vehicles in conditions of electronic interference.
Petr Khmarsky spoke about methods of multi-hypothesis processing of coordinate data for tracking and predicting the movement of maneuvering unmanned vehicles. The presented approaches are of great importance in improving systems for tracking airborne objects and analyzing their movement.
A special focus of the forum was supporting young engineers and IT specialists. A student competition was organized in cooperation with Robotics Lab Future Technology Company and conducted in the "Engineering" and "IT" directions.
The first stage of the competition took place on October 9 at Inha University. Ten projects were submitted to the competition, and the expert commission selected the three best projects among them.
On October 10, the next stage of the competition was held on the Robotics Lab platform. Based on its results, three more winners were determined. Thus, according to the results of two stages, a total of six participants were declared winners.
The projects were evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of representatives of Robotics Lab, EAS Company, Inha University, and relevant agencies. In the engineering direction, participants presented their developments and defended them before the expert panel. In the IT direction, the results were determined based on computer testing.
All six winners were awarded diplomas, certificates, and gifts. In addition, they were offered internship opportunities at EAS Company. This initiative is aimed at supporting promising young specialists and creating conditions for them to apply their knowledge in practical technological projects.
The Scientific and Practical Forum 2026 became an important platform for exchanging experience among representatives of technological business, the scientific community, and the educational sector. The forum made it possible to discuss current tasks of the industry, present engineering developments, and strengthen cooperation between specialists with practical experience and young researchers.
Within the framework of the event, Azizbek Ubaydullayev, Chairman of the Board of Electronic Autonomous Solutions Joint-Stock Company, addressed the participants with welcoming remarks. Rector of Inha University Bobur Abdullayev also greeted the forum participants.
For EAS Company, organizing the forum is an opportunity to develop dialogue with the professional community, support engineering initiatives, and assist in training future specialists.
EAS Company specializes in developing integrated solutions designed for the detection, monitoring, and countering of unmanned aerial vehicles. The company uses radio frequency spectrum analysis, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies in its operations.
