Future Intelligence Forum 2026 was held in Tashkent — digital economy, technologies, and governance in the era of artificial intelligence

The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamol Makhsudov. He emphasized that thanks to the special attention of the head of state, the development of digital technologies is one of the priority directions at all levels of public administration.

"Particular attention is being paid to the use of digital technologies to develop the economy and improve the quality of life of the population. Artificial intelligence is helping to perform tasks in medicine, education, industry, and many other fields. International cooperation is also of great importance. Uzbekistan's membership in the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Alliance was an important step for our country. I am confident that this meeting will also serve to further strengthen cooperation and implement projects beneficial to our country,"

said Jamol Makhsudov.

The main theme of the forum was the digital economy, technologies, and public administration in the era of artificial intelligence. The key issue of the discussion was how to transform the capabilities of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and data into practical solutions capable of improving public services, developing business, and opening up new opportunities for people in Uzbekistan.

The two-hour program combined strategic presentations, international experience, national initiatives, demonstrations of local developments, and a panel discussion.
