On September 3, an asphalt road collapsed on Glinka Street in the Yakkasaroy district of Tashkent. One person was injured.

The Tashkent city administration reported that one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.

The heating supply enterprise — Veolia Energy stated that an emergency recovery crew and specialists had arrived at the scene, and the details of the incident and the causes of the collapse were being investigated. According to the company, no leakage was detected.

The "Hududgaz Poytaxt" gas supply branch reported that no high-pressure gas pipeline passes through this area and the incident is not related to natural gas networks, adding that no gas leaks were detected during the investigations.

"Toshkent Shahar Suv Ta'minoti" JSC stated that the accident does not concern the drinking water networks, but occurred in the hot water network.

Traffic has been temporarily suspended on the section of Glinka Street leading to Shota Rustaveli Street.
