The government has approved the procedure for paying rewards to citizens and organizations that report violations in licensing, permitting, and notifications. The reward amount will be 10% of the fine collected from the violator.

Violations can be reported through a special electronic system or the mobile application of the Ministry of Justice.

Photos or videos of the violation can be attached to the report. The recording must show:

- the violation itself;

- the date and time of the incident.

The authorized body will review the report within 10 working days.

If the information is confirmed and the violator is held accountable, the applicant will be paid 10% of the collected fine. The reward is paid once.

The procedure was approved by Government Decree No. 466 dated September 4, 2026.
