President: "Our compatriots working abroad are truly brave people!"

Today, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting at the "Intil" International Language and Vocational Training Center in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent city on priority tasks in the field of labor migration.

The head of state spoke specifically about compatriots working abroad:

"Every one of our compatriots working abroad is a truly brave person working tirelessly for the livelihood of their family and the future of their children. They are also our citizens, our children. Regardless of where they work, protecting the rights of our citizens is the permanent duty and obligation of the state."

The President strictly emphasized that not a single compatriot working abroad should be left alone with their problem.

From now on, a citizen who encounters a problem abroad will not have to go looking for an ambassador or consul. They will submit a request for help through the "Online Mahalla" platform. In case of need, the ambassador himself will go to them, protect their rights, and find a solution to their problem.

The head of state instructed officials to launch this system within 10 days and submit proposals to ensure its effective operation.

"The important aspect is that the attitude towards labor migrants is changing.
