It was revealed that confectionery products mixed with narcotic drugs were produced in a drug laboratory in Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During an operational-search event conducted by the Ministry's Operational-Search Department, its regional divisions, and State Security Service (SSS) officers, a total of 6 kg of narcotic drugs were seized, and a drug laboratory was uncovered in a citizen's home.

A citizen born in Tashkent in 2002 worked as a "courier" for an online drug store. When this drug courier was stopped and searched by the participants of the operational event in Yashnabad district, 74 grams of hashish oil, divided into 58 packages intended for distribution, were found on him.

During the operational-investigative work, it was established that he systematically received narcotic drugs from a drug store storekeeper born in 2002. Following this, the operational event continued in the Dombrabad neighborhood of Chilanzar district.

It was established that the drug store storekeeper had organized a drug laboratory in a rented apartment. Seized as material evidence from the location were 3.5 kg of hashish oil, a total of 350 grams of hashish oil in 361 packages prepared for future distribution via the "drop" method, a mixture of hashish and hashish oil, as well as 600 grams of hashish, 1.5 kg of cookies made with hashish oil, 4 packages of hashish oil gummies, along with gloves, syringes, zip-lock bags, scales, electrical tapes, 500 empty vials, and all equipment and instruments intended for drug preparation.

As a result of the operational-search events, a total of 6 kg of narcotic drugs, equivalent to 19,250 doses, and various items used in the drug laboratory were documented and seized.

Regarding this situation, a criminal case has been initiated against these citizens under Article 273 (Illegal manufacture, processing, acquisition, storage, and other actions with the aim of selling narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogues, as well as their illegal sale), Part 6, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code.
