Pakhtakor declined to loan Abdumazhidov to France.

Pakhtakor reported that it had not received an official offer from the French club for Muhammadrasul Abdumajidov and would consider a transfer in the winter.

Pakhtakor Rejects Abdumajidov's Loan Offer to France

Tashkent football club Pakhtakor has rejected an offer from a French club to loan defender Mukhammadrasul Abdumajidov with an option to purchase. According to Pakhtakor, no official transfer offer has been received from a foreign team.

The club clarified that the offer was conveyed exclusively through the player's agent and was not accepted. Nevertheless, Pakhtakor stated its willingness to consider attractive offers for its players, recognizing the transfer value of each player.

One of the reasons for the refusal was the closure of the transfer window in Uzbekistan. Pakhtakor is currently at a key stage of the season and is unable to quickly find a replacement for the player.

The club also emphasized that Pakhtakor's coaching staff is set ambitious goals every year, and the current season is no exception. Decisions regarding player transfers and signings are made with these goals and the team's interests in mind.

The upcoming participation in the AFC Elite Champions League requires the Tashkent club to perform well. Therefore, Pakhtakor stated that the current priority is strengthening the squad, not weakening it.

The club noted that the transfer offer could have been thoroughly examined had it been received earlier. During the summer transfer window, Pakhtakor already parted ways with two central defenders, who moved to other teams.

Therefore, the club announced that the opportunity to consider an offer for Abdumajidov will only arise during the winter transfer window.
