The average asking price per hundred square meters (sotka) of land in Tashkent in June was about 292 million soums — 9% less than a year earlier. The Central Bank previously attributed the decline to an increase in the supply of land plots in areas located further from the city center.

In June, land plot prices in Tashkent remained below last year's levels. This is stated in the real estate market review by the Central Bank.
The average asking price per 100 sq. m of land was about 292 million soums — this is 9% less than in June 2025, when the figure stood at 334 million soums. For comparison, in June 2024, the average price was 342 million soums, and in April of the same year, it reached 364 million soums.
At the same time, after a sharp decline in May, prices partially recovered: in June, they increased by 2.6% compared to the previous month.
Previously, the Central Bank explained the decline by an increase in the supply of plots in districts located further from the city center.
Thus, by the end of 2025, the share of plots on the outskirts of the city grew by 22%, while the supply in central districts decreased by 13%.
