Nu’mon Muhammadiyev has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Justice

Reports have spread on social networks about the dismissal of Nu’mon Usmonovich Muhammadiyev from the post of Deputy Minister of Justice.

It is reported that Muhammadiyev has been appointed as the Director of the Insolvency Affairs Agency under the Ministry of Justice.

Nu’mon Muhammadiyev was appointed in March 2025. Prior to the appointment, he had been working as the head of the Tashkent City Justice Department since 2023. Also, during his career, he worked in responsible positions such as the head of the Department for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, the Department for Coordination and Development of Public Services, the Department for Monitoring the Execution of Presidential Documents of the Ministry of Justice, and the first deputy director of the Public Services Agency.

By the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev dated May 6, the establishment of the Insolvency Affairs Agency and its regional branches under the Ministry of Justice was determined. In accordance with the decree "On measures to further improve the institution of insolvency", the agency is a specially authorized state body responsible for conducting a unified state policy in the field of insolvency.
