Seven judges dismissed

According to the decision of the Supreme Council of Judges of August 11, 2026, 7 judges were dismissed from their posts. At the same time, 3 judges were reappointed to remain in their posts indefinitely, and 14 judges were reappointed for the term of office.

The reappointed judges are as follows:

* **Alisher Jalilov** – reappointed to the post of judge on criminal cases of the Syrdarya regional court for the term of office.

* **Otabek Mamajonov** – appointed to the post of judge on criminal cases of the Andijan regional court for an indefinite period and was therefore dismissed from the post of chairman of the Andijan city court.

* **Ulugbek Sheraliyev** – reappointed to the post of chairman of the Andijan city court for a five-year term and in this regard was dismissed from the post of chairman of the Balikchi district court.

* **Farkhod Khayitov** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Yangiyul City Court for a five-year term and was therefore dismissed from the position of Chairman of the Parkent District Court.

* **Dilshod Izzatov** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Parkent District Court for the term of office and was therefore dismissed from the position of Judge for Criminal Cases of the Tashkent Regional Court.

* **Azamat Shomurodov** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Almalyk City Court for the term of office and was therefore dismissed from the position of Judge for Criminal Cases of the Surkhandarya Regional Court.

* **Khairulla Rahmonov** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Ahangaron District Court for the term of office and was therefore dismissed from the position of Judge for Criminal Cases of the Tashkent Regional Court.

* **Shekhroz Omonov** – was reappointed to the position of Judge for Civil Cases of the Jizzakh Regional Court for the term of office and was therefore dismissed from the position of Chairman of the Jizzakh Inter-District Court.

* **Sobir Nabiyev** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Jizzakh Inter-District Court for the term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge on civil cases of the Jizzakh regional court.

* **Cholpanoy Ismoilova** – was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Bostan Inter-District Court for an indefinite period, of which for a period of five years, and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge on civil cases of the Andijan regional court.

* **Sohibakhon Yulchiyeva** – was reappointed to the position of judge on civil cases of the Tashkent city court for the term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the position of Chairman of the Yangikurgan Inter-District Court.

* **Mayramkhon Sidiqova** – was reappointed to the position of Chairman of the Yangikurgan Inter-District Court for a term of five years and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge on Namangan inter-district court.

* **Muyassar Sultanova** – was appointed to the position of judge of the Namangan Inter-District Court for an indefinite period and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge of the Namangan Regional Court for civil cases.

* **Rano Tojiboyeva** – was reappointed to the position of judge of the Yakkasaroy Inter-District Court for the period of his term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge of the Ahangaron Inter-District Court.

* **Olimjon Qahhorov** – was reappointed to the position of judge of the Namangan Regional Administrative Court for the period of his term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the position of chairman of the Andijan Inter-District Administrative Court.

* **Ravshankhon Hoshimkhodjayev** – was reappointed to the position of judge of the Andijan Regional Administrative Court for the period of his term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the position of judge of the Namangan Inter-District Administrative Court.

* **Shuhratjon Ahmedov** – was reappointed to the post of Chairman of the Fergana Military Court for the term of office and in this regard was dismissed from the post of Chairman of the Kokand City Court.

Also, by another decision of the Supreme Council of Judges on the same day, 7 judges were dismissed from their posts:

* **Arif Pardayev** – his judicial powers were terminated early due to the expiration of the term of office of the Chairman of the Samarkand City Court and his refusal to transfer to other judicial positions.

* **Yashin Niyozov** – his judicial powers were terminated early and he was dismissed from the post of judge for criminal cases of the Bukhara Regional Court for violating the requirements of the Code of Ethics of Judges.

* **Shavkat Baysariyev** – was dismissed from the post of investigative judge of the Mirzaabad District Court upon his written application.

* **Uktam Rasulov** – was dismissed from the post of Chairman of the Kokdala District Court upon his written application.

* **Kahramon Boymurodov** – was dismissed from the post of chairman of the Guzar Interdistrict Court upon his written application.

* **Nozimakhon Tojiyeva** – was dismissed from the post of judge of the Fergana Interdistrict Administrative Court upon his written application due to transfer to another job.

* **Surayyokhon Khojamkulova** – was dismissed from the post of judge of the Tashkent City Court upon his written application due to transfer to another job.

We would like to remind you that on June 24, by the decision of the Supreme Council of Judges, 1 judge was reappointed to remain in his position as a judge indefinitely, 12 judges were reappointed for the period of their term of office, and five more judges were dismissed.
