UK-based Capital Foodservice is managing the supplies with support from the Uzbek Embassy in London. Uzbekistan Airways is transporting the produce, and deliveries are expected to continue until the end of the season. The shipments are intended to boost demand for domestic fruits and vegetables and reinforce the standing of the country’s agricultural products in international markets.
