New data centers in Bukhara, Kokand, and Tashkent received global recognition
The Uptime Institute, an international certification body, has awarded Tier III status to Uztelecom's commercial data center projects in the cities of Bukhara, Kokand, and Tashkent, confirming their high level of reliability and uninterrupted operation. The national IT solutions provider's new infrastructure facilities in Bukhara and Kokand are located more than 300 km away from Tashkent, becoming the country's furthest data processing centers from the capital.

The same services will also be launched in the new data center in Tashkent.
UzCloud's geographically distributed infrastructure integrates five data processing centers (DPCs) into a single cloud contour. An additional service for post-disaster recovery of critical IT systems — DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) — is also available. It includes a backup site, data replication, and a pre-configured recovery plan based on business requirements. In particular, this plan defines how much data can be lost and within what timeframe the system must be restored. In this way, companies obtain a reliable, disaster-resilient architecture within a single cloud.
The Tier III status awarded by the Uptime Institute confirms that all key engineering systems of the data center are redundant. To ensure service continuity and fault tolerance, the DPCs are equipped with redundant cooling and power supply systems, as well as backup network channels. In the event of a city power outage, uninterruptible power supplies and diesel generators are activated. The DPC and the physical or cloud IT infrastructure located within it continue their operations without interruptions or downtime.
The physical security of the data centers fully complies with the requirements for critical IT infrastructure facilities. Round-the-clock access control and video surveillance are established on their territory, continuous monitoring is conducted, and an automatic gas fire suppression system is installed.
