During Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to Karakalpakstan on September 18–19, a video of a boy named Muhammadali spread on social networks. In it, he said he wanted to meet the head of state.

According to the Joqargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the president sent Muhammadali a letter of gratitude stating that he had watched his video message and was pleased with it.

"I want you, too, when you grow up, to be a person worthy of our ancestors, who benefits his country and people," the letter says.

The Chairman of the Joqargy Kenes, Amanbay Orynbayev, read out the president's letter of gratitude.

In addition, Muhammadali was presented with a special presidential gift, and gifts were also handed over to his parents and the preschool educational organization where he is being raised.

Furthermore, the boy's educator, Gulbahar Saparova, was awarded the "Vatan Fidoyisi" (Devotee of the Fatherland) breastplate by the decision of the Presidium of the Joqargy Kenes.
