Her extensive background includes representing prominent international investment banks as joint lead managers for high-value, complex cross-border bond issuances by the Republic of Uzbekistan, major state-owned banks such as Agrobank, National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity, and Sanoat Qurilish Bank, as well as corporate issuers like Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, UzAuto Motors, and Uzbekneftegaz.
Her practice spans banking and finance, covering areas such as asset finance, project finance, restructurings, privatizations, securitizations, and trade finance. Additionally, she specializes in cross-border transactions, corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kambarova has provided counsel to banks, multilateral lenders, and corporations throughout the entire investment lifecycle. She also possesses extensive experience in the mining, oil, and gas sectors.
Prior to joining Solward, Kambarova developed her practice at leading international and Uzbek law firms in Tashkent, where she advised clients on intricate domestic and cross-border transactions. Earlier in her career, she served at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Kambarova graduated with distinction from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent.
