The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan discussed the development of cooperation with the Ambassador of Japan

On September 8, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Mirvokhid Azimov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Uzbekistan Kenji Hirata.

During the conversation, the parties reviewed current issues on the agenda of Uzbek-Japanese relations, as well as prospects for further expanding bilateral cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of agreements reached at the highest level. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close cooperation in this direction.

In addition, representatives of Uzbekistan and Japan discussed preparations for joint events planned for the current year.
