Markets and shopping complexes in Tashkent, as well as their property, will be inventoried
During the inventory process, the cadastre documents of buildings and structures, existing properties, and the list of property owners will be studied, illegal constructions within the areas of markets and shopping complexes will be identified, and measures will be taken to eliminate them.
Markets and shopping complexes in Tashkent and their property to be inventoried
Work will be organized to study the financial condition, inventory the property, and identify existing problems of markets and shopping complexes in the city of Tashkent.
According to the capital city administration, this will be carried out within the framework of additional measures aimed at the socio-economic development of Tashkent city in 2026–2027.
During the inventory process, cadastral documents of buildings and structures, existing property, and the list of owners will be studied, and illegal constructions on the territories of markets and shopping complexes will be identified and measures taken to eliminate them.
In addition, territorial boundaries, protection zones, and existing restrictions will be studied, taxes, mandatory payments, and other debts will be analyzed, and the financial condition of the complexes and existing problems will be studied to develop proposals for their resolution.
Based on the results of the studies, proposals will be prepared for the effective use of the assets of markets and shopping complexes, including placing them up for public auction in accordance with the decisions of the relevant governing bodies.
This work will be carried out with the participation of the Tashkent City Department of the Cadastre Agency, district khokimiyats, tax authorities, the Center for Municipal Assets Management, and "Tashkent Invest Company" JSC.
