The sale of real estate is being carried out in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 146 dated March 7, 2025. At present, the process has affected more than half of the planned properties: seven buildings have already been transferred to new owners, and another 31 properties are at various stages of preparation and sale.
