Our President had set a number of important tasks regarding the development of entrepreneurship in the regions, the creation of new jobs, and increasing the income of the population. In order to ensure the implementation of these instructions and to increase the well-being of the population on the ground, a number of relevant decisions were adopted by the head of our state.

The new system, launched within the framework of the implementation of these decisions, is not limited to merely providing simple credit or financial assistance, but has turned into a mechanism for restoring self-confidence among our compatriots and ensuring the prosperity of families in every mahalla.

In this direction, Xalq Bank deployed more than 700 "Mahalla bankers" and nearly 1,900 agents to the almost 1,900 mahallas assigned to it. They began knocking on the door of every household, providing targeted guidance to our compatriots who wished to start a business but did not know where to begin.

These opportunities and systematic cooperation created in January-August of this year found their expression in concrete practical results.

More than 180 thousand citizens who did not have permanent jobs gained an independent source of income through the mahallabay assistance system over the past 8 months.

Thanks to the initiatives put forward by the President, involving the population in entrepreneurship is not limited only to financial assistance, but serves to unlock the internal potential of every household. As a result, thousands of families who previously did not have their own income have today reached a level where they provide employment not only for themselves, but also for their neighbors.

**Those who started their own business:** thanks to the created incentives, 85 thousand people started their own business through the "Development of Entrepreneurship in Mahallas" program, and more than 20 thousand citizens did so with the help of ready-made "Project Packages".

**Women's entrepreneurship:** more than 70 billion soums of preferential loans were allocated to women included in the "Women's Notebook". This is a targeted support given to women to find their place in society and the family.

**First step into business:** to support small and medium-sized businesses, more than 7 trillion soums of resources were directed in 8 months, helping thousands of new entrepreneurs get on their feet.

Land plots allocated to the population within the framework of the "One contour – one product" principle have today become a real source of income. 29 qualified agronomists assigned to the regions stood side-by-side with the farmers, helping them choose the right crops and increase productivity. As a result, during the 8 months, nearly 19 thousand peasant farms produced products worth 866 billion soums, with each family receiving an average income of 45 million soums.

The practical assistance provided on the efficient use of land, the introduction of innovative methods, and the proper care of crops brought prosperity to the work of our farmers. This, in turn, fundamentally changed the attitude of every compatriot working in rural areas towards their property and land.

**Bandixon district, "Paxtakor" MCA:** 157 citizens allocated with land earned up to 56 million soums from the 1st crop just by growing greens.

**Oltinsoy district, "Bibizaynab" MCA:** 102 families grew onions on an area of 50 hectares and managed to get up to 70 million soums of net profit in a short period of time.

**Doʻstlik district, "Oltin vodiy" MCA:** 10 fellow mahalla residents grew melons on the allocated land and earned up to 140 million soums per hectare.

In addition, to ensure there are no problems in selling and storing the produced products, a total of 102 processing and packaging projects worth 45.1 billion soums are being financed.

The conditions and targeted incentives created by our state are today positively changing the destiny and standard of living of thousands of families through the mahallabay system.
