PSG head coach Luis Enrique said he is not worried about the team's unsuccessful start to the new season.

The Paris club failed to win in their first three matches of the French championship. Following a 1-2 defeat in their latest match against Monaco, PSG has started the season with its worst start in the last 19 years.

Nevertheless, the Spanish specialist emphasized that there is no reason to worry about the team's play.

"There is no reason to worry. How many shots on target did Monaco have against our goal? Two. How many goals did they score? Two. We will see what the situation is at the end of the season," Enrique said.

According to the coach, it is not right to draw conclusions based solely on the result. He stated that PSG executed a high-pressing game well in the match against Monaco, but the team lacked luck.

"If Monaco plays against us 10 times in this style, we will win eight matches, one will end in a draw, and we will lose only one. This was exactly that defeat," said the Spanish specialist.

PSG has collected only two points after three rounds and is seven points behind the leader. This is the Parisians' most unsuccessful start in the championship since the 2007/08 season.

Luis Enrique said that the team must try to close the gap as quickly as possible.
