IT service exports from Bukhara to the United States are growing.

LEADERS GROUP TEAM, a Bukhara-based company, significantly increased its service exports to the US market, reaching $1.43 million in the first half of 2026. This exceeds the figure for all of 2025, which was $963,500.

The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan visited the company to review its operations, assess its export potential, and assess the number of jobs created, according to the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

LEADERS GROUP TEAM specializes primarily in providing remote outsourcing BPO services for the US transportation and logistics sector. The company is actively developing BPO centers both in Uzbekistan and abroad, attracting local young people with English skills to work on international logistics projects.

During the visit, an increase in the volume of services provided by the company was recorded. In 2025, this figure stood at 11.66 billion soums, and in the first six months of 2026, it reached 17.07 billion soums.

At the same time, the headcount also increased. While the company employed one person in 2024, by 2025, the staff had grown to 111. LEADERS GROUP TEAM currently employs 150 people.

The Minister of Digital Technologies was also briefed on the company's plans for further development, creating new jobs, expanding its export geography, and increasing the volume of BPO services.

The Ministry of Digital Technologies emphasizes that the development of BPO centers opens up opportunities for young people to collaborate with international companies, improve their foreign language skills, and acquire modern professional competencies.

According to the ministry, the implementation of such projects also contributes to an increase in IT services exports through intellectual labor and digital services, without requiring the creation of large-scale production infrastructure.
