From September 21 to 24, 2026, a strategic business mission of Russian IT companies, entitled "Digital Bridge," will take place in Uzbekistan. During this event, representatives of the technology sectors of both countries will discuss opportunities for cooperation and the implementation of joint initiatives, according to VIPFORUM.
The goal of the event is to create a platform for direct interaction between Russian IT solution providers and potential clients from Uzbekistan, as well as for technology demonstrations and the formation of long-term partnerships.
The Russia-Uzbekistan business mission is organized by the ROSEU Association, VIPFORUM, and the Academy of Information Systems. Support is provided by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and the International Center for Regional Integration.
The organizers identify the main objective of the event as the creation of a sustainable mechanism for the transfer of advanced technologies, strengthening technological sovereignty, and launching joint projects in key economic sectors.
The business program will focus on three key areas: establishing direct contacts between IT solution providers and end customers, presenting proven and scalable Russian technologies, concluding agreements, and preparing roadmaps for implementing solutions.
The Russian delegation will include representatives of leading IT companies interested in entering the Uzbek market. Representatives of government agencies, regulators, and executives of large technology and industrial companies are expected to participate on the Uzbek side.
During the business mission, Russian companies will have the opportunity to learn about the regulatory aspects of operating in the Uzbek market and existing support measures.
The organizers also hope to establish direct business contacts with potential customers.
Particular attention will be paid to the demand for digital solutions in industry, public administration, and business. According to the organizers, the platform should facilitate not only the presentation of technologies, but also the transition from negotiations to specific agreements and joint projects.
