IT Park Uzbekistan Expands Youth Employment Opportunities
IT Park Uzbekistan is expanding employment opportunities for specialists, students, and graduates across the country by creating a unified candidate database for local and international companies.
Resumes of registered job seekers can be shared with companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan residents, when suitable vacancies arise and there is a request for specialists.
The database takes into account candidates' professional experience, specialization, knowledge of foreign languages, and preferred employment format. The initiative covers all regions of Uzbekistan and gives employers the opportunity to consider specialists not only from Tashkent.
Companies' demand is not limited to traditional IT professions. Among the sought-after specialists are developers, QA engineers, data specialists, and designers, as well as employees in marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and administrative management.
A separate focus remains on recruitment for BPO and call centers. Companies working with international markets and foreign clients are also interested in specialists with knowledge of foreign languages. In particular, candidates fluent in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean are in demand.
Depending on the employer's requirements, job seekers may be offered office-based, hybrid, or remote work formats. This expands opportunities for specialists from the regions and allows companies to search for employees outside of Tashkent.
One of the tools for building the database is the Talent Park project. Job seekers can submit their resumes through a specialized bot and provide details about their experience, skills, and professional direction. When suitable vacancies appear, the candidate's profile can be forwarded for consideration to major local and international companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan residents.
Up-to-date information on career opportunities and open vacancies is also published in the project's Telegram channel.
Registration in the database does not mean automatic employment and does not guarantee securing a vacancy. However, it provides specialists with an additional opportunity to present their professional profile to potential employers and participate in future candidate selection.
