Starting next year, masters with an international professional certificate will be paid a 50 percent bonus, the costs of the certificate will be fully covered, and 500 masters from technical colleges will undergo internships abroad annually.

On the eve of the Teacher and Mentor Day, Shavkat Mirziyoyev is holding a meeting with educators and mentors at the "Yangi O'zbekiston" (New Uzbekistan) University, the presidential press service reported.
Over two years, the number of schools with an inclusive environment has increased from 729 to 3,591, which is nearly a fivefold increase.
The head of state emphasized that children requiring special care must remain under constant attention.
Recently, a multifunctional inclusive resource school began operating in Tashkent. There, children with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments, as well as those requiring additional support in mental development, are educated and raised alongside their healthy peers.
Such schools will open in the Khorezm, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions by the end of the year, and in all regions over the next two years.
Based on the experience of Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, and China, a program aligned with our national values has been developed. Currently, 180,000 educators and teachers are being trained under the new methodology.
The program, which focuses on learning through play, is currently active in 30 percent of kindergartens. By the end of the year, it will be implemented in all of the more than 38,000 kindergartens.
A UNESCO regional center for early childhood education and Italy's Reggio Emilia center have begun operations in Tashkent. They will serve to introduce international standards and innovative solutions, as well as to prepare practical guides on learning through play.
Each year, 50 leading educators will undergo internships abroad, and 100 video materials will be prepared for all kindergartens. Under a three-year program, state kindergartens will be equipped with electronic boards, computers, and color printers.
Addressing vocational education, the President cited the proverb "A trade feeds a person." Over the past two years, international programs from Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and China have been introduced in 104 technical schools. As a result of cooperation with 25,000 enterprises, more than 100,000 young people have gained the opportunity to earn money while studying.
Starting this year, young people learning a profession under the dual system are paid a stipend of up to 1.3 million soums. This year, 220,000 graduates of the 9th grade have been enrolled in technical schools.
