The sound of advertising in buses will be lowered in Tashkent after passengers' complaints

"Toshshaxartransxizmat" JSC has responded to complaints from passengers regarding the volume level of advertising clips shown on capital public transport monitors.

It is noted that the monitors in the bus cabins were leased to an entrepreneur who won through the E-auksion platform. Taking into account appeals on social networks and public opinion, a meeting was held with representatives of this business entity.

During the negotiations, it was emphasized that the volume of advertising materials should be within standard limits and maintained at a level that does not interfere with passengers' communication and the driver's attention. The lessee was given instructions to reduce the volume of advertising clips and not to create excessive noise.

The company added that it has taken this issue under its control and that measures are being taken to create a comfortable environment in public transport.
