13 bus routes altered in Tashkent due to BRT construction

In Tashkent's Yunusabad district, temporary changes have been made to the routes of certain buses due to road construction and assembly work being carried out for the BRT system. This was reported by the Main Department of Transport and Road-Transport Infrastructure Development of Tashkent City.

According to the report, starting from October 26, 2026, until the completion of the repair work, the main U-turn on Amir Temur Street has been temporarily closed.

For this reason, buses No. 5, 82, 83, 123, and 124 will continue moving in a straight direction from Ahmad Donish Street without turning via Amir Temur Street.

Meanwhile, buses No. 3, 6, 7, 25, 96, 119, 149, and 175 will turn from Ahmad Donish Street onto Amir Temur Street, continue their route, and turn back via the U-turn near the Shahriston metro station.

Officials warned that temporary traffic jams may occur due to the road closure, and bus headway intervals may also change.

Passengers were advised to plan their trips in advance.
