In Tashkent buses, control over fare payment has been tightened. During inspections, inspectors can restrict the operation of validators, and passengers have been urged to pay for their fare immediately after boarding the bus.

JSC "Toshshahartransxizmat" announced new rules: inspections will be conducted more frequently, and during raids, inspectors will be able to block validators. This means that the usual "I'll pay when I see the inspector" scheme no longer works.

Passengers are warned: payment must be made immediately upon entering the bus. Otherwise, a fine is threatened.

Since October 1, the cost of travel in Tashkent with electronic payment has increased — it is now 2.5 thousand soums instead of the previous 1.7 thousand. Cash payment remained at the level of 3 thousand. At the same time, transfer rules and travel pass tariffs have changed.
