A traffic accident involving a bus and a truck occurred in Jizzakh.
It is reported that the accident took place on the morning of September 11 on the section of the M-39 highway passing through the Sharof Rashidov district. A 44-year-old driver, a resident of the Bukhara region, was driving a Yutong bus on the Tashkent-Samarkand route and collided with an oncoming truck while making a turn at a designated area of the road. The truck was driven by a 43-year-old resident of the Qashqadaryo region.
There were no fatalities as a result of the accident. First aid was provided to some passengers on the bus.
