2 killed in Onix and Volkswagen collision in Jizzakh
The accident occurred in the Zamin district: an Onix car collided with a Volkswagen coming from the opposite side of the road. As a result, the drivers of both cars died.

The incident occurred on August 11 at approximately 10:05 on the “Jizzakh-Ravot-Zomin-Savot” highway passing through the Alisher Navoi neighborhood of the Zamin district. The Onix car, driven by a driver named F.E., born in 1998, collided with a Volkswagen car coming from the opposite direction. The Volkswagen car was driven by 28-year-old A.R., a resident of Tashkent.
As a result of the accident, both drivers received serious injuries and died at the scene.
According to preliminary information, the Onix driver fell asleep at the wheel, causing the car to veer onto the opposite side of the road, which caused the tragic collision.
