Bus and Lacetti collide in Tashkent region, several injured

A road accident involving a bus and a Lacetti car occurred in the Ahangaran district of Tashkent region on September 2, resulting in injuries. The regional Road Safety Department reported this.

The accident occurred at approximately 18:30 on the 75th kilometer of the A373 Tashkent-Osh highway. The driver of the Isuzu bus, born in 1964, was turning from a turnoff when he collided with a Lacetti driven by a driver born in 1997, coming from the opposite direction.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the passenger car and two passengers on the bus were taken to the hospital for first aid. An investigation into the incident is underway.

It should be recalled that earlier it was reported that a fatal traffic accident involving a Lacetti car occurred in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region, on July 24. In that incident, the 31-year-old driver died at the scene due to severe injuries, and the passengers in the car were taken to the city medical complex with injuries of varying degrees.
