"Imtiyoz" in place of "Imarat": Marat Khayrullaevich's projects in the swirl of conflicts again
A new problem has arisen in the construction projects known under the "Imarat Development" brand. According to Marat Hamdamov, "the other founders seized the company from him and removed him from the projects." Meanwhile, conflicts erupt almost daily at the sales office. There is no sign of the completion of the houses promised to be handed over in 2025, and citizens are demanding their money back.

"Imtiyoz" instead of "Imarat": Marat Khayrullaevich's projects at the center of conflict again
Meanwhile, there are altercations at the sales office almost every other day — the houses promised to be handed over in 2025 are still unfinished, and citizens are demanding their money back. For buyers who were already distressed due to the untimely delivery of the apartments, the dispute that arose between the company's founders became yet another problem. Even the word "Imarat" at the sales office has been replaced with the word "Imtiyoz".
The situation between Marat Khayrullaevich, who promised to build houses under the name "Imarat Development", and his clients is becoming increasingly tense. Because a number of the entrepreneur's projects were presented as attractive with cheap prices and favorable payment terms, hundreds of people paid money for them. However, the failure to fulfill promises and the fact that the houses were not handed over within the specified deadlines are causing dissatisfaction among many buyers.
Furthermore, it is claimed that Marat Khamdamov, who conducted sales by convincing clients with grand promises, has been removed from projects ranging from Sergeli City to Bristol City.
According to Shohista Rizaeva, who contacted the editorial office, an internal dispute arose within the company, and the deadlines for handing over the apartments were also extended. She states that she no longer trusts the builders and demands the return of the money she paid.
According to another applicant, Dilorom Yutaeva, she personally received a contract from the hands of Marat Khamdamov on January 6, 2024, and has paid 400 million UZS to date. The house was supposed to be handed over by October 30, 2025, but in practice, this did not happen. Yutaeva is also demanding the return of her money.
Applicant Jakhongir Mukhiddinov emphasizes that the apartments he purchased were supposed to be handed over in December 2025, and he made the payments in full. However, since the houses were not completed by the specified deadline, he tried to get information about the construction process, but could not get a clear answer from the company's representatives. Although clients were promised compensation for the delayed days, the amount specified in the contract is very low.
According to Dilnoza Tuychiboeva, she concluded a contract to buy a house on February 3, 2024, and had been waiting for her apartment to be completed. However, as the construction kept getting delayed, she lost trust in the company and decided to cancel the contract and get her money back. But believing the promises of the company representatives, she continued to wait. After that, she faced an unexpected situation: the company canceled the contract and sold the apartment, for which she had been paying for three years, to another buyer.
