At a time when many buyers have been waiting for their apartments for years, Vatan Qurilish handed over the keys to 3,000 apartments within the specified deadline, and not a single unsold apartment remained in the company's first project. At the ceremony, buyers, including a family that had been waiting in vain for the delivery of a home from another developer, emphasized one point in particular: the most important thing for them is moving into the promised apartment on time and executing the documents without any problems.
To date, Vatan Qurilish company has handed over more than 10,000 apartments to their owners.
The company also built the "Qo‘yliq katta bozori" (Qo‘yliq Big Bazaar).
According to Khojimurod Khayitmuradov, founder and head of Vatan Qurilish, cadastral documents were obtained in April 2026. More than 300 buyers have completed the registration, and the company itself is inviting the rest to collect their documents.
"Yangi Qo‘yliq" is located near New Tashkent. Nearby are "Qo‘yliq katta bozori", Food City, and shops. According to company data, the total area, including residential and commercial properties, is nearly 53 hectares. For families where one of the members works in this area, having an apartment nearby means saving time every day.
Plans for the development of the territory include a school, a kindergarten, a hospital, a shopping center, and an amphitheater.
Apartments from the developer in the first project are completely sold out. New sales continue in "Yangi Qo‘yliq 2", where the construction of another 3,500 apartments has begun. The price starts from 7 million UZS per 1 sq. m, monthly payment from 4 million UZS, an installment plan for 40 months without fines and penalties, and a discount of up to 33 percent for full payment.
If the company does not deliver the apartment on time, it undertakes to pay a fine of up to 40 percent to the buyer. The calculation procedure is enshrined in the contract.
Currently, the company is building two more complexes: "Ostona" — a business-class residential complex in New Tashkent. Delivery date: Q4 2027.
"O‘rmon Saroyi" — a residential complex in Hasanboy, Tashkent district. Delivery date: Q4 2027.
The ceremony concluded with a concert and the presentation of prizes to participants of customer promotions — a Cobalt car, a one-room apartment, household appliances, and cash prizes.
Vatan Qurilish is a family business operating since 2013. Khojimurod Khayitmuradov talks about the construction process and new offers on his personal blogs.
