From October 1, the cost of public transport fares and monthly passes will increase in Tashkent

Starting October 1, the fare for buses and the metro in Tashkent will increase, and the price of monthly passes will also go up. In addition, new ride packages will be introduced.

A single trip when paying by card or other electronic means will cost 2,500 soums instead of the current 1,700. When paying in cash, the fare will be 3,000 soums, and baggage transportation will cost 4,000 soums.

A monthly bus pass will cost 250,000 soums. A combined bus and metro pass will cost 345,000 soums.

Packages for 10, 20, and 30 rides will also be introduced. Their cost will be 19,000, 38,500, and 57,500 soums, respectively.

When transferring within an hour, the first trip will cost 2,500 soums, and the second will cost 1,500 soums. The third and subsequent trips will be free.

If the route begins with the metro, the next two bus trips will cost 1,500 soums each.
