French football club Strasbourg has expressed interest in Abbosbek Fayzullaev, a 22-year-old midfielder for the Uzbekistan national team currently playing for Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir.

According to the French portal Les Transferts, Strasbourg is seeking to strengthen its attacking line before the end of the summer transfer window and is eager to begin negotiations with the Uzbek player as soon as possible.

It's worth noting that Fayzullaev has a long-term contract with Basaksehir, running until June 2030.

This season, the Uzbek player has already appeared in three matches for the Turkish club, providing one assist. Neither Strasbourg nor Basaksehir have officially confirmed the possible transfer.

The Uzbekistan national team will play friendlies against Iran, Argentina, and South Korea this fall.
