Fergana Region continues to expand its investment ties with Chinese companies. Several major projects involving Chinese businesses are already being implemented in the region, and investor interest in new areas of cooperation continues to grow.
Issues of further development of investment cooperation were discussed at a meeting between the Khokim of Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, and a delegation of representatives from the Chinese companies Zhicheng Nonwovens (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., San Zheng International, and Sora Energy. This was reported by the information service of Fergana Region.
During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for expanding cooperation and implementing new investment projects in various sectors.
The meeting participants reviewed the production capabilities of Zhicheng Nonwovens Co., Ltd., which specializes in the manufacture of nonwoven materials.
These products are designed for the production of medical and hygiene items. The parties discussed the company's experience and the possibilities of its application within potential projects in Fergana Region.
San Zheng International presented its capabilities in the production of asphalt concrete mixes and road construction materials.
Another area of focus was cooperation with Sora Energy, which is engaged in the production of petrochemical products, including special additives to improve fuel quality.
Chinese investors expressed interest in implementing a number of new investment projects in Fergana Region.
Company representatives presented proposals on possible areas of cooperation and prospects for implementing the respective initiatives.
Khayrullo Bozorov noted that the region possesses the necessary capabilities to support investor initiatives. According to him, the region is ready to provide the necessary conditions and infrastructure for the implementation of new projects.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work on formulating and implementing new mutually beneficial investment projects in Fergana Region.
