Fergana Region and ShinWon Corporation discussed projects in the textile sector

Fergana Region and South Korea's ShinWon Corporation reviewed the prospects for investment cooperation and the development of finished textile production. Khokim of the region Khayrullo Bozorov discussed cooperation issues with the company's Vice President of Industrial Strategy, Sung Hwan.

The parties reviewed the possibilities of utilizing the region's production potential to increase the output of finished products with high added value, grow exports, and implement joint investment projects in the textile, garment, and knitwear industries.

Representatives of ShinWon Corporation were presented with information about the production base of the textile industry in Fergana Region, the availability of qualified personnel, and the opportunities for further increasing the production of finished garments with subsequent entry into foreign markets.

During the negotiations, special attention was paid to the application of modern technologies and international standards in the production of finished garments, the integration of the region's enterprises into international supply chains, and the expansion of product supplies to foreign markets.

ShinWon Corporation specializes in garment manufacturing, the fashion industry, and exports. The company produces clothing for men, women, and children, and also provides international customers with manufacturing services under OEM and ODM models. Its products are supplied to more than 40 countries worldwide. In addition, the company develops its own fashion brands in the domestic market of the Republic of Korea.

Khayrullo Bozorov noted the conditions created in Fergana Region for foreign investors and declared the region's readiness to facilitate the implementation of mutually beneficial projects with ShinWon Corporation.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to study promising areas of interaction in detail and to continue practical dialogue on cooperation issues.
