In addition, the rules for using electricity and natural gas established a separate tariff and payment procedure for "exemplary consumers."
No fee will be charged anymore for reconnection to the electricity and gas grid
According to the Presidential decree, no additional fee will be charged for reconnecting consumers who were disconnected from the electricity or natural gas grid due to debt.
That is, upon reconnection, domestic consumers will not be required to pay a fee in the amount of two times the base calculating amount, and legal entities will not be required to pay ten times the base calculating amount.
Also, in the rules for using electricity and natural gas, a separate tariff and payment procedure have been established for "exemplary consumers."
In this regard, the following opportunities have been created for consumers who have no debt and are equipped with modern meters:
making an advance payment of 15 percent by the beginning of the reporting month;
making the remaining payments during the month;
it was established that cases of disconnection from the grid due to debt will not be assessed as a violation of the rules.
Additionally, a separate payment procedure has been introduced for greenhouse farms using natural gas.
According to it, for natural gas supplied during the first 6 months of the harvest year — October-March:
an advance payment of 50 percent is made;
the remaining part is paid by the end of the month;
starting from the following months, a 100 percent advance payment is made.
This procedure applies to greenhouse farms that had no debt in the previous month.
