Father secured alimony obligation in advance with a house and a car
In the Mirabad district of Tashkent city, alimony payments for two children were secured in advance until they reach 18 years of age. The calculated amount for the alimony obligation totaled 319 million 322 thousand 903 soums.
According to the court order of the Mirabad Interdistrict Civil Court, F.Ch. was ordered to pay alimony for the maintenance of his two children in the amount of one-third of his monthly salary and other income.
Following legal explanations and preventive discussions provided by the state executor, instead of paying alimony on a monthly basis, the debtor chose to fully secure the funds to be paid until his children reach 18 years of age in advance.
According to calculations, the total amount of alimony for the two children amounted to 319 million 322 thousand 903 soums, and this obligation was fulfilled in advance.
Additionally, the Mirabad Interdistrict Court approved an amicable agreement. According to it, the debtor also secured his alimony obligation for the maintenance of his children until they reach adulthood by providing a residential property located in the Mirabad district and a Nexia 3 car.
Since the specified obligations were fully fulfilled, the enforcement proceedings were terminated in accordance with Article 37 of the Law.
