Uzbekistan has recognized entrepreneurs with state awards for their contributions to economic development, increasing export potential, attracting investment, producing import-substituting products, and creating new jobs, according to the presidential press service.

Another group of entrepreneurs was awarded the "Faol Tadbirkor" badge in recognition of their achievements in developing entrepreneurship, improving the business environment, increasing production and export potential, and implementing innovative technologies.
The awards ceremony took place on August 18.
"This year, when selecting candidates, special attention was paid to entrepreneurs who demonstrate tangible results in increasing production and export volumes, attracting investment, creating jobs, and improving citizens' well-being, as well as actively participating in public life," according to the official release.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally presented the state awards to the laureates. The recipients expressed gratitude to the head of state for his continued support and appreciation of their professional work.
