Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded more than 100 entrepreneurs the "Faol Tadbirkor" (Active Entrepreneur) badge.
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented the "Faol Tadbirkor" (Active Entrepreneur) badge to more than 100 entrepreneurs representing Karakalpakstan, various regions of the country, and the city of Tashkent.
The head of state approved this decision by signing a corresponding decree on August 13.
The awards were given in recognition of their achievements in stimulating entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, expanding production capacity and export potential, implementing innovative solutions, and improving living standards.
The recipients include specialists from such fields as manufacturing, agriculture, handicrafts, tourism, education, healthcare, construction, trade, information technology, and transportation.
Among those honored were Bekhzod Gulyamov, founder of the Oqtepa Lavash network, and Jasur Dzhumayev, CEO of Uzum Technologies.
