President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree awarding a group of representatives of the business sector on the occasion of Entrepreneurs' Day.
The awards were presented for their contribution to the country's development and export potential, sustainable economic growth, attracting investment, creating new jobs, producing import-substituting products, developing modern services, and actively participating in public life.
The honorary title of "Honored Entrepreneur of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Odiljon Boltayev, Director of Development and Investments at Azia Metall Prof. LLC (Samarkand).
The title of "Honored Worker of Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Bakhtiyor Khamrayev, Director of Hydro Stanko Servis LLC (Navoi).
The title of "Honored Builder of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Mukhsinjon Isakov, General Director of 426-Khozhaliklararo Ikhtysoslashgan Kuchma Mechanismlar Kolonnasy LLC, and Yorkin Babakhanov, founder of Central Asian Constriction LLC.
The title of "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Bakhtiyor Akhmedov, head of the "Koshchinor Mevasi" farm.
A number of business representatives were awarded the "Fidokorona Khizmatlari Uchun" (Professor of the Republic of Uzbekistan), "Mekhnat Shukhrat" (Professor of the Republic of Uzbekistan), "Dostlik" (Professor of the Republic of Uzbekistan), "Mardlik" (Professor of the Republic of Uzbekistan), and the "Salomatlik" (Professor of the Republic of Uzbekistan), 2nd Class Order of Honor.
Among those awarded the "Dustlik" Order are Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, founder of My Freighter and Centrum Air airlines; Rastislav Babits, Executive Director of AZC Group for Central Asia; Robert Klein, Chairman of the Board of Voltalia; Boyskhon Ganiev, CEO of United Soft; and other business representatives.
In addition, entrepreneurs, farmers, business leaders, a blogger, and representatives of the education sector received the "Soghlom Turmush," "Zhasorat," "Kelajak Bunyodkori," and "Shukhrat" medals.
Among those awarded the "Kelajak Bunyodkori" medal are business representatives from Tashkent, Samarkand, and the Kashkadarya region. Several dozen entrepreneurs and business leaders from various regions of the country were awarded the "Shukhrat" medal.
The decree notes that the award is linked to the entrepreneurs' contributions to improving the business environment, expanding production, increasing the population's well-being, and creating new sources of income.
