"Ended up on the debtor list himself": 642 million soums demanded from the Fergana Region MIB
Enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the Fergana Region Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (MIB). The court ordered the agency to pay a citizen 642 million soums.
This amount includes payment for forced absenteeism and compensation. The state executor of the Fergana City MIB granted the department 15 days for voluntary execution of the decision.
The allotted time is coming to an end. However, at this moment, the department has not complied with the requirements of the enforcement document.
If the debt is not repaid within 15 days, enforcement measures may be applied to the management of the department.
