Eight finalists of the "Eurasia" International Award from Uzbekistan will compete for victory in eight nominations. In-person project defenses will take place on October 14 in Moscow, and the names of the laureates will be announced on October 15.

In 2026, 5,512 applications were submitted for the award from 73 countries. 165 specialists from 15 countries were involved in the expert evaluation of the projects, and the international jury comprised 50 people. Representatives of 29 countries made it to the finals, including Armenia, Uzbekistan, China, Spain, Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, India, Serbia, Turkey, and other nations of the world.

Uzbekistan is represented in the nominations "Cultural Code", "Language of Peace", "Bridges of Friendship", "Art of Teaching", "Leader of Eurasia", "Memory of Generations", "Friend of Russia", and "Bright Start". The finalists include authors of projects in the fields of culture and the preservation of historical memory, education, the development of the Russian language, medical technologies, and international cooperation.

In the "Bright Start" nomination, Arseniy Kabachkov's project "Ignite Your Light in Great Culture" was nominated, which turns the preservation of Russian heritage into a living practice for the youth of Uzbekistan. The project includes literary and musical lounges, theatrical productions, patriotic campaigns, and research work. In the "Cultural Code" nomination, Farkhod Dzhuraev became a finalist with the "League of Student Theaters of Uzbekistan", which stage plays based on the works of Russian classics.

Abdulla Abdurasulov became a finalist for the award in the "Leader of Eurasia" nomination from Uzbekistan with AviShifo, an AI-based digital platform for predictive diagnostics of medical decisions. In the "Memory of Generations" nomination, Yury Belolipetsky reached the finals with the "Memory of Generations" project aimed at protecting historical truth. Through podcasts, videos, and discussion clubs, he talks about the heroes and the contribution to the common Victory of Uzbekistan, which received 1.5 million evacuees during the Great Patriotic War.

In the "Language of Peace" nomination, the republic will be represented by Aliya Shagaeva, organizer of the IV International Forum "Pedagogy of A. S. Pushkin under conditions of sociocultural transformation: from the poet's legacy to education and science". In the "Bridges of Friendship" nomination, Mamlakat Sodikova reached the finals with the union "Entrepreneurs and Businesswomen of Uzbekistan". Shakhlo Dzhamaldinova, with the language club for doctors "Let's Speak Russian", was among the finalists in the "Art of Teaching" nomination. Another finalist — in the special nomination "Friend of Russia" — was Sergey Ezhkov with the project "Victory Volunteers — Uzbekistan", which preserves the memory of the Second World War.

In total, laureates will be determined in nine main nominations. The total prize fund of the "Eurasia" International Award is 17 million rubles. There is also a special nomination "Friend of Russia" from the general partner of the award — Rossotrudnichestvo.

The grand award ceremony, which will take place on October 15 at the "Russia" National Center in Moscow, will bring together more than 1,000 participants, experts, partners, and ambassadors of the award from various countries.

The "Eurasia" International Award is being held for the second time. It supports individuals and organizations that implement projects in the fields of international cooperation, education, culture, historical memory, the Russian language, social assistance, and volunteering.
