Two Uzbek projects included in the Shortlist Zero Project
Two projects from the National Agency for Social Protection of Uzbekistan have reached the final round of the Zero Project Awards 2027 on inclusion.

Two initiatives developed by the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of Uzbekistan have been shortlisted for the international Zero Project Awards 2027. This award recognizes achievements in protecting the rights and ensuring inclusion of people with disabilities, according to the Agency's press service.
This year, 615 projects from 94 countries were submitted for the award. Following an evaluation by international experts, two Uzbek initiatives have advanced to the next stage of selection.
The first project, "Step to Active Life," aims to develop a national system for providing social services using vouchers.
The second project, "Smart Voucher Ecosystem," is an innovative voucher system designed to provide people with disabilities with prosthetic and orthopedic devices and technical rehabilitation aids.
The inclusion of these projects on the shortlist demonstrates international recognition of Uzbekistan's efforts to create an inclusive environment and expand opportunities for people with disabilities.
In the next stage, the selected projects will participate in an additional expert vote. The announcement of the winners of the Zero Project Awards 2027 is scheduled for December 3, 2026.
Furthermore, shortlisted projects will be invited to the Zero Project Conference 2027, which will be held in Vienna from February 10 to 12, 2027.
