The employees of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the Tashkent-AERO Specialized Customs Complex have been involved in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs in our republic.

More than 3.1 kg of drugs were found in a juice box.

Employees of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the Tashkent-AERO Specialized Customs Complex conducted another rapid search operation to combat the illegal circulation of drugs in the republic.

On August 3 of this year, during an operational operation in the capital, a car driven by a person who had been previously under surveillance was stopped and inspected with the participation of witnesses. It was found that 20 packages of drugs weighing approximately 11 grams were found in one children's juice box next to it.

In order to get to the root of this drug crime, the Anti-Smuggling Department of the complex, involving representatives of the State Security Service and the Internal Affairs Department, inspected the citizen's apartment with the participation of witnesses.

As a result, it was also found that heroin, mephedrone, marijuana and other types of traditional and synthetic drugs weighing a total of 3.15 kg were stored here.

After that, the operational search operation was continued, and the citizen of Uzbekistan, who was the original owner of these drugs, was also detained.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated by the customs authorities in this case.
