Direct flights to be launched from Tashkent to Hyderabad

Starting September 28, direct regular flights will operate between Tashkent and the Indian city of Hyderabad. Flights will be scheduled twice a week.

The new route will be launched by Centrum Air. Flights are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. The Tourism Committee expects that this route will facilitate travel between Uzbekistan and the southern regions of India and contribute to the growth of mutual tourist flow.

Hyderabad is the capital of the Indian state of Telangana and one of the country's largest technological hubs. Major international IT companies have offices in the city.

It is also reported that Tashkent and Mauritius will be connected by direct flights for the first time. The first flight on the new route is scheduled for December 26, and starting from June 2027, the flights are planned to become regular.
