Details of the collision with a woman and child in Zangiata have been revealed
Today, September 16, footage of a traffic accident in the Zangiata district appeared on social media, showing a car hitting a woman and a child who were crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. The Regional Road Safety Department commented on the incident and reported on the condition of the victims.
As it turned out, the incident occurred on September 15 at around 07:30 on the main street in the "Obod" mahalla, opposite school No. 39.
According to the Road Safety Department, a 36-year-old driver of a Chery car struck two pedestrians — a 40-year-old woman and a seven-year-old child, who were crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing.
The victims were provided with first aid. After their health condition improved, they were discharged from the hospital.
Currently, the Zangiata District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the accident.
The Road Safety Department urged drivers to obey traffic rules and to be attentive when approaching pedestrian crossings.
