One of the main goals of the competition is to recognize employees who directly carry out the loading, transportation, placement and sorting of waste at sanitary cleaning enterprises, as well as those who have worked effectively and faithfully in cleaning work in landscaping departments for at least 10 years. In 2025, the amount of contract payments covered under this competition amounted to 916 million 718 thousand soums.

According to the results of the competition, the children or grandchildren of the winning candidates who are admitted to study at state higher educational institutions on a fee-for-service basis will be reimbursed for one year of contract fees. The amount of the fee should not exceed 30 times the minimum wage. At the same time, students who have used this benefit are obliged to work in state bodies and organizations for at least 3 years in the future.

Applications will be accepted until October 1.
