Following positive customer feedback, JO‘JA chicken soup was included in the main menu of all Beshkozon branches, and a special mosaic cauldron was opened for this dish in the main restaurant of the chain, near the TV tower. The brand also presented its new video manifesto.

On August 15, Beshkozon and JO‘JA opened a new page in the culinary history of Uzbekistan. The official presentation of the first JO‘JA chicken soup, prepared according to a traditional recipe and cooked in a cauldron made in the mosaic technique, in harmony with the legendary architectural mosaics of Tashkent, took place in the main branch of the restaurant chain.

JO‘JA is a brand of high-quality halal poultry products produced in Uzbekistan. Today, the following are launched and operating:

• Fayz Parranda LLC's omixta feed plant and poultry processing enterprise;

• The Sakhovat Broiler JSC complex, acquired in 2025, is under reconstruction;

• Preparatory work is underway to build a poultry deep processing workshop.

A few months ago, Servolux entered into an exclusive contract to supply JO'JA products to Beshkozon restaurants. The trial period showed that the new interpretation of the traditional Uzbek dish has gained great popularity - guests especially note the taste, juiciness and moderate calorie content of the chicken soup. High consumer ratings, product quality and reliable cooperation have made it possible to include JO'JA chicken soup in the main menu of all Beshkozon branches.

The ceremonial presentation of the first JO'JA chicken soup and the opening ceremony of the JO'JA cauldron took place at the main branch of Beshkozon (Central Asian Soup Center) near the TV Tower. Guests of Beshkozon witnessed a real culinary celebration, the highlight of which was the musical tradition of the Karnai-Surnai performed by the "Navo" folk ensemble, a symbol of celebration, joy and prosperity.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the following guests of honor:
