Uzbekistan has developed guidelines for organizing Uzbek breakfasts in hotels.

In Uzbekistan, the Tourism Committee presented a new "Guide to Organizing Uzbek Breakfasts in Accommodations."

The document describes a five-step process for organizing breakfast:

* Selecting a breakfast category.

* Developing an appropriate product range.

* Considering seasonality.

* Implementing menu and service standards.

* Organizing a staff control system.

In addition, the guide contains examples of basic, extended, and premium breakfasts for hotels, as well as practical tips for their preparation and serving.

The committee believes that this initiative will not only improve the quality of service for tourists but also allow foreign guests to become acquainted with the culinary heritage and traditions of Uzbekistan.

"Modern tourists strive not only to visit historical sites but also to experience the local way of life and national cuisine. The breakfast they receive on the first day of their stay largely shapes their first impression of the country," the committee emphasized.

The guide presents the national breakfast not simply as a meal, but as a harmonious combination of high-quality ingredients, aesthetic presentation, and high-quality service. It notes that sourcing ingredients from local farmers will support the domestic economy and industry.
