Baxtiyor Rahmonqulov has been appointed Head of the Small Vessel Inspection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He had been the khokim of Yashnabad district since August 2020.
Bakhtiyor Rahmonqulov appointed Head of the MES Inspectorate
Colonel Bakhtiyor Tugambayevich Rahmonqulov has been appointed to the position of Head of the Small Vessel Inspectorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, reported.
Bakhtiyor Rahmonqulov was born in 1976 in Toshkent Region. In 1997, he graduated from the Samarkand Higher Military Automobile Command Engineering School specializing in command and tactical automobile troops, and in 2008, he graduated from the Civil Defense Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia specializing in civil defense command and staff operational-tactical management.
He previously worked in various leadership positions within the MES system and in the Toshkent City Khokimiyat.
Prior to this appointment, Rahmonqulov had been serving as Khokim of Yashnobod District of Toshkent City since August 26, 2020.
This position was taken by Abdulaziz Abdulkhakov, Head of the Social Facilities Construction Department at UET Construction company.
